About Me

Hello, I'm Starling, and I am passionate about solving multidisciplinary problems. As a strategist, I consistently ask: Who are our primary users? How can we empathetically listen and grasp their needs? Differentiating between a problem's root cause and its symptoms is vital in my approach.

Employing design thinking tools, I navigate multiple perspectives to craft user-centric solutions, prioritizing people in every problem-solving endeavor. I aim to amplify user experiences by devising solutions that optimize customer satisfaction and drive overall business success. Currently, I serve as a human-centered design strategist at a. not for profit

In my free time I enjoy cooking and reading. A fun fact about me is that I am a yoga instructor and have published two books.
