 Hi , my name is
Jaquan Starling

About Me

Hello! My name is Jaquan, and I enjoy solving multidisciplinary problems. Although I am an engineer by title, I think of myself as a designer. Who are we designing for? How can we empathetically listen to users and understand their needs? These are all questions I ask myself in my line of work. I use design thinking tools to understand stakeholders and create solutions.  take pride in what I can do for others, always keeping people at the center of whatever problem I am solving.

My work centers around people, systems, and processes. By applying human-centered and design thinking principles, I develop solutions that enhance the user experience. My ultimate goal is to identify opportunities to optimize customer satisfaction and drive overall business success. Currently, I am a business systems engineer at a not for profit

In my free time I enjoy cooking and reading. A fun fact about me is that I am a yoga instructor and have published two books.
